
I realised today that I am struggling less with water now than I did three weeks ago. When I started 8 cups seemed insurmountable. I had to force myself to drink it. Now all of a sudden I realise that I have had 9 or 10 cups without much effort. The increase in exercise has certainly helped. I just need more water. But I also think that I have found a good bottle. It is very deceptive. It fits 2 cups but it is quite skinny so it doesn't look like much.
I went for a walk today. It is still very muddy along my walking route. It was still very nice though. Can't wait for it to dry out a bit more.
