Had my annual *tmi* exam today. My blood pressure was 110/60. Good apparently. Since I hate that particular exam even though my midwife is awesome I rewarded myself with a trip to town. It was such a beautiful day. I had lunch, chicken and feta cheese salad sitting on a bench by the river just below the castle. It was great. Then I ambled around town for a while. It was so very very nice. I also had a really great dinner. Appley pork chops, roasted sweet potatoes, red onions and green beans and now I am going to have some sorbe. yummy!!!
