Protein
Really struggling to get enough protein in my diet. I have asked on SparkPeople for different ideas on how to get more protein in my diet. So far I have gotten suggestions for cottage cheese which I can do and peanut butter which I can do as well. The problem I have with peanut butter is that it is so high in calories. It is such a difficult balance. I'll just have to keep working on it I guess. More beans, more cottage cheese, and more chicken. Sigh. So hard to balance it all.
