Ugh...I thought giving a few days off from a particular exercise would help my sore hip joint. Unfortunately it does not seem to have helped. I am going to have to give it a few more days. It is so hard to find a balance between doing the exercises to help build muscles to get away from the pain and not doing them to stop the pain.
I wonder if maybe it is time to play another round of "diagnose this" with my doctor seeing how my visits are free right now...hmmmm.....
