Why oh why do I like carbs so much????!!!!
Why was I brought up to believe that a meal had to contain carbs to be a meal????!!!! (and we have ALWAYS eaten "healty")
Why can't I get the balance right between calories, carbs and protein????!!!!
Ugh!!!
I think I am doing so well with the food thing and then I run the report and there it is 60% of my nutrition is in the form of carbs and I miss the protein goal again!!! How on earth can this be!!!!!
Frustrated!
